Shipping and Returns
OUR POLICY FOR SHIPPING HANDLING CHARGES
Our policy with our Post, Packing and Delivery costs is to only charge you the actual costs we incur for the order processing, packing and packaging materials and add the delivery cost (with optional insurance) that the carrier charges to deliver your order to you.
The charges are shown at Checkout depending on your shipping zone (location) and the size / weight of your order. For large orders we will subsidize the cost. Please note that sometimes the weight and / or volume of an order makes the cost of shipping the order – outside the mainland UK – too high to be worthwhile. This particularly applies to LARGE SIGNS, GLASS and BEER MATS COASTERS. If this happens we will contact you and advise the additional charge and give you the choice to accept or decline the revised total cost. When your order is picked up by our carriers it is always in good condition and we pack carefully with top quality packing materials and it is then the carrier`s (usually Royal Mail) responsibility to deliver it to you safely, securely and (mostly) on time.
But for the Russian Federation & Eastern Europe countries we regret that because of regular difficulties with customs and importing into these countries our courier companies (including DHL and UPS) can not guarantee to deliver so we always have to use the Postal Services and
Orders must be made up into parcels less than 2 kilos each.
£5 extra (per parcel) must be paid for insurance and to get tracking.
Delivery will usually be in 3 weeks but can take up to 5 weeks.
Over 98% of the orders we despatch around the world arrive safely & securely and over 80% are on time. But a few do not because they go astray in the mainly reliable Post Office system. Parcels can occasionally take up to 3 weeks (15 working days) to arrive within the UK and 5 weeks (25 working days) outside the UK and for the Rest of the World before the Post Office will declare the parcel lost and do a search within their system. If they then do not find it they will only pay a full refund if you have insured your parcel when you place your order (but nothing if you have not). It is rare that this happens and our carrier’s all offer insurance to cover that (unlikely) event. Also please note that any damages on delivered insured products need to be advised to the carrier within 3 working days of delivery to you for your claim to be accepted.

ORDER PROCESSING & PACKING TIME
Any orders received after 2pm UK time on any Thursday will be processed after the weekend and despatched by Tuesday or Wednesday. We value your custom and will always process and despatch your order at our earliest opportunity.We will normally despatch your order within a maximum of 3 working days (usually less) after receiving your cleared payment, but always as soon as we can. Please check the table below for the USUAL delivery time to your destination.
USUAL POSTAL DELIVERY TIMES (pre Christmas will be longer)
- U.K. within Mainland: 2 – 3 working days
- U.K. (outside Mainland): 3 – 5 working days
- Europe: 5 – 7 working days
- U.S.A. & Canada: 6 – 8 working days
- Rest of the World: 8 – 10 working days

ORDER DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order is damaged on arrival please notify us immediately. We have to advise the carrier within 3 working days of the order`s delivery to you for you to claim damages from the carrier. We will do everything we can to assist you in your claim.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – RETURNS
If – for any reason – you change your mind about your product/s when you receive them and wish to return them our Money Back Guarantee means we will refund you the full cost of the item/s in your order (excluding our original Post, Packing & Packaging charges). You need to notify us that you wish to return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your order and then just pack it/them up (in the original condition/unused) and return it to arrive back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
You do need to pay the costs of returning the unwanted items to us. You also have the responsibility for any loss or damage while in transit back to us. We recommend that you use a secure and trackable service that most Post Offices provide. Please first Contact Us to advise the return plan so we can expect it.
OUR HOURS OF BUSINESS
We are based in the UK with office hours 9 am to 12 mid-day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You are welcome to visit when we re-open for business on April 12th
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Sometimes international deliveries will be intercepted by Customs and duties assessed on contents. On the rare occasions this has happened our pub memorabilia has been assessed at a very low duty cost. We cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
TRACKING & POSTAL RECEIPTS
Please also note that there is no Tracking Information with the normal Parcel Post but we always have your postal receipt which we can email copy to you on request. If you require the tracking/signed-for service we use courier firms like DHL or UPS which are much more expensive. Please advise us before we process your order if you would like us to get you a quote you for the extra cost of a courier service.
