SHIPPING YOUR ORDER WORLDWIDE
OUR POLICY
Our policy with our Shipping & Handling costs is to charge you the actual costs we incur for the packing and the charge from the carrier who delivers your order to you. OUR CHARGES The Shipping & Handling charges are shown at Checkout depending on the shipping zone you live in and the size / weight of your order. For large orders we subsidize the Shipping & Handling cost and have set MAXIMUM shipping charges for the different zones:
INSURANCE Over 98% of the orders we despatch around the world arrive safely, securely and on time. We also pack very carefully using top quality packing materials. When your order is picked up by our carriers it is always in good condition and it is then their responsibility to deliver it to you safely securely and on time. Less than 2% of the time they make mistakes and offer insurance to cover that (unlikely) event. If you wish to be fully insured please select the (insured) Shipping option for your category location at Checkout. OUR CARRIERS Our carriers are Royal Mail, Business Post and for larger orders Parcel Force or Fed Ex. SHIPPING TIME We will despatch your order within 3 working days after receiving cleared payment, but always as soon as we can.
