OUR POLICY

Our policy with our Shipping & Handling costs is to charge you only the actual costs we incur for the packing and the charge from the carrier who delivers your order to you.

OUR CHARGES

The Shipping & Handling charges are shown at Checkout depending on the shipping zone you live in and the size / weight of your order. For larger orders we subsidize the Shipping & Handling cost and have set MAXIMUM shipping charges for the different zones:

• Within the UK mainland the MAXIMUM shipping charge is £9.95
• UK – outside mainland the MAXIMUM shipping charge is £14.95
• Europe the MAXIMUM shipping charge is £14.95
• U.S.A. & Canada the MAXIMUM shipping charge is £19.95
• Rest of World the MAXIMUM shipping charge is £29.95

Please note that sometimes the weight and / or volume of an order outside the U.K. mainland makes the cost of shipping the order too high for us to subsidize to the amounts shown above. This can happen particularly with our heavier GLASS products and XTRA LARGE PUB SIGNS. If this happens we will contact you and advise an additional charge and give you the choice to accept or decline the revised total cost.

INSURANCE

All deliveries within mainland England are automatically insured against loss or damage during transit. For all orders outside the mainland U.K. our carrier (Royal Mail) charges £3.50 (per a parcel up to 2kg.) to insure your order and that is the cost to you if you want to be certain of being covered against loss or damage. We give you that option at checkout.

Over 98% of orders we despatch around the world arrive safely, securely and on time. We also pack very carefully and only use top quality packing materials. As with all insurance the choice is yours.

OUR CARRIERS

Our carriers are Royal Mail, Business Post and for larger orders Parcel Force or Fed Ex.

SHIPPING TIME

We normally despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving payment for it. It then usually takes the time shown in the table below to reach you.

Over 98% of our orders are delivered on time but as we are relying on a 3rd party we cannot guarantee it but in the rare event that your order is not delivered on time please contact us and we will do our best to chase it for you with the shipping company.
