1: Can you make a Custom-made sign?
Sorry, no, to have one of our artists paint an original design and then produce the sign costs over £300.

2: What currencies do you accept?
We only accept £ - English pounds in cheques and money orders but all currencies will be converted through PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. Any problems please Contact Us.

3: I do not have a Credit Card - how else can I pay?
Check our payment options on the product page and if you have a problem Contact Us.

4: How long does it take an order to process and be ready for dispatch?
Up to 2 working days.

5: How long after it is despatched from your warehouse does it take for delivery?
The individual product table will show you the estimated time.

6: I wish to place an order for a large quantity of items. Can i get a discount?
If the value of the order is over £100 Contact Us and we will discuss and offer you a discount depending on your order.

7: How are the products packaged?
The individual product page should answer this. We only use top grade packing/shipping materials.

8: Can I get a refund if the item is lost or damaged during shipping?
Within mainland UK you can because insurance is included in the shipping charge but outside mainland U.K. you can only get a refund if the item is insured. Shipping your order is the responsibility of the shipping company! Over 98% of our despatches arrive safely, securely and on time but if you are outside mainland U.K. and want to be certain you can insure for an additional £3.50 per order worldwide. (That is the exact extra charge to us by the shipper).

9: Can I visit your warehouse to buy products?
Yes – by personal appointment, as we do not actually have our own shop. Contact Us.

10: Do you send confirmation emails?
Yes, we send you 3 different emails to:

  1. Confirm receipt of your order
  2. Confirm despatch from our warehouse
  3. To seek confirmation you have received your order
You should receive confirmation of your order within 1 working day of sending it. If not, please Contact Us.

11: If a product I order is not in stock how long will I have to wait to receive it?
In the unlikely event that we do not have stock we will advise you the waiting time and if it is too long for you we will refund you any money paid in full.
