1: How long does it take you to process my order and get it ready to despatch from your warehouse?

ORDER PROCESSING & PACKING TIME
We will normally despatch your order within a maximum of 3 working days (usually less) after receiving your cleared payment, but always as soon as we can. Please check the table below for the USUAL delivery time to your destination.

OUR HOURS OF BUSINESS
We are based in the UK with office hours 9 am to 12 mid-day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & English Public Holidays.
Please allow for this in your expectation of the time needed to process and despatch your order and you receiving it or for an answer to any questions you may ask us. Any orders received after 2pm UK time on any Thursday will be processed on the Friday and despatched on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. We value your custom and will always process and despatch your order at our earliest opportunity.

2: How long after it is despatched from your warehouse does it take to be delivered to me?

USUAL POSTAL DELIVERY TIMES (pre Christmas will be longer)
  • U.K. within Mainland: 2 - 3 working days
  • Outside Mainland UK: 3 - 5 working days
  • Europe: 5 - 7 working days
  • USA & Canada: 6 - 8 working days
  • Rest of the World: 8 - 10 working days

3: What happens if my order is lost or damaged on it`s way to me?

INSURANCE
Over 98% of the orders we despatch around the world arrive safely & securely and over 80% are on time. But a few do not because they go astray in the mainly reliable Post Office system. Parcels can occasionally take up to 3 weeks (15 working days) to arrive within the UK and 5 weeks (25 working days) for Europe the Rest of the World before the Post Office will declare the parcel lost and do a search within their system. If they then do not find it they will only pay a full refund if you have insured your parcel when you place your order (but nothing if you have not). It is rare that this happens and our carrier`s all offer insurance to cover that (unlikely) event. Also please note that any damages on delivered insured products need to be advised to the carrier within 3 working days of delivery to you for your claim to be accepted.
If you wish to be fully insured please select the (insured) Shipping option for your category location at Checkout.

LOST ORDERS
Please remember parcels can sometimes (but rarely) go astray and can take up to 3 weeks (15 working days) to arrive within the UK and and 5 weeks ( 25 working days) to arrive at European and the Rest of the World destinations before the Post Office will declare the parcel lost and do a search within their system. After waiting this time the Post office will pay us the value of the order and we will send a replacement to you if you have insured your order when you place it.

ORDER DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order is damaged on arrival please notify us immediately. We have to advise the carrier within 3 working days of the order`s delivery to you for you to be able to claim insurance. We will do all we can to help you with your claim if you have insured your order when you place it.

4: What happens if I receive my order and I am not happy with it?

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If - for any reason - you change your mind about your product/s when you receive them and wish to return them our Money Back Guarantee means we will refund you the full cost of the item/s in your order (excluding our original Post & Packing charges). You need to notify us that you wish to return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your order and then just pack it/them up (in the original condition/unused) and return it to arrive back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
You do need to pay the costs of returning the unwanted items to us. You also have the responsibility for any loss or damage while in transit back to us. We recommend that you use a secure and trackable service that most Post Offices provide. Please first Contact Us to advise the return plan so we can expect it. You do need to include a copy the receipt/ paperwork when you send it back please.

5: Can you deliver to APO and BFPO addresses around the world?
Most of the time - Yes! And if there is a problem we will notify you.

6: If a product is not in stock how long do I have to wait to receive it?
If we do not have stock we will advise you the waiting time and if it is too long for you we will refund you any money paid in full.

7: Can I visit your warehouse and pick up my order and/or see all your products?
Yes you can but we have a showroom only so need to make an appointment.

8: Do you send confirmation emails?
Yes - one to advise receipt of your order and one to advise despatch!

9: What forms of payment do you accept?
We can only accept the major credit cards (see image list on site) and Pay Pal

10: What currencies do you accept?
We accept ALL currencies and they are converted through the credit card and/or Pay Pal systems to UK pounds! We are unable to give you an exact conversion into any other currency but you can get an approximate amount by using a converter such as XE Currency Convertor

11: Are your Pub Signs suitable for outdoors?
All our stock signs made either with print on wood, print on fomex board or printing on metal will deteriorate in time in outside weather conditions. We do make exterior (weather proof) signs with all of our pub sign images for pubs and outdoor home bar pub sheds & patios etc. Prices vary according to size and a single sided or double sided versions. We cannot offer this service through eBay so please Contact Us for further infomation.

12: Are your signs printed on both sides?
No - all our signs are printed one side only - for special double sided signs Contact Us for details

13: Can you personalise your pub signs?
Yes - we can and regularly do. Please Contact Us for details.

14: Can you make Custom Signs with my own design?
Yes we can but only if you can give us finished artwork and the cost will depend on what you require. We do not create your original artwork but can usually convert yours to our system. Please Contact Us for more details.

15: I wish to place an order for a large quantity of items. Can I get a discount?
Yes but only if your order is over £250 in value because our prices are kept low anyway. Please Contact Us with what you plan to order and where you want it delivered etc.
